Relationships

We are nothing without our relationships and we take that seriously. Relationships are built over time with effort. We put in the effort and time needed to cultivate meaningful relationships both within the organization and externally. We realize that not all relationships can be meaningful, so we focus on the ones that are and respectfully decline those that are not. All of our values and principles are derived on the basis of and revolves around the importance of relationships.

Alignment

We believe that the success of any relationship can be predetermined by establishing alignment of interests at the outset. We do not take a zero-sum game approach and we try to devise win-win situations. We actively listen to understand what winning means to everyone as the first step towards any new relationship. When it is not possible to achieve win-win outcomes, walking away may be the best option even if that means losing an opportunity.

    Acquires a multi-tenant industrial building in Rancho Cucamonga to execute first value-add strategy.

    Enters development business with the acquisition of ±1.5 acres in Ontario to build an industrial warehouse.

  • 2006
